Maximizing your Gross Profit
In normal market conditions, monitoring your gross profit is an important task, but in today’s market, it is critical to actively manage your gross profit and customer pricing. During this session, we will review different Buying Guide pricing models and their GP targets, helpful tips on changing cost and pricing in Autopart, and discuss purchasing strategies to minimize your cost. How often are you adjusting your pricing and what tools are you using to stay on top of your gross profit?
Managing Your Customer's Catalog Experience
In this workshop, we will demonstrate the options and settings available in the Mighty Contact Management application which allows the franchisee to control the login and functionality of the Mighty catalog for the customer. We will also look at some key features of the Mighty catalog and explore viable alternatives such as Openwebs and Nexpart for those who need additional functionality and connectivity options beyond what our MIC catalog provides.

Flight Information:
Please allow 90 minutes to travel between the airport and Legacy Lodge (depending on Atlanta traffic). It is recommended that your arrival flight into Atlanta be no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 23rd in order to arrive in time for the Welcome Reception. Departures on Sunday, September 26th can be at any time.

Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is approximately 55 miles from the hotel:
Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all available at the airport. The estimated taxi fare is $80/one-way.

Driving Directions from ATL to Lanier Islands:
Take Interstate 85-North to 985-North. Take exit 8 (Lanier Islands Pkwy). From the off-ramp, make a left at the traffic light to merge onto Lanier Islands Parkway. This road will lead you to Lanier Islands.
